In the hospital

A few weeks ago we found out that Shane's dad has colon cancer. After the shock we read some things online about it and in the next couple of days Dean was in the hospital going through some major abdominal surgery. They took out a section of his intestine and after some testing decided that it looked good and had gotten most if not all of it. Just to be sure though, he will have to start doing some chemo and hopefully in no time he will be healthy and well again. Grandpa showed off his staples to a jaw dropping audience and Alisha was sure amazed that they really did use staples to close him up! Hang in there Grandpa Conway we love you and will support you through this challenging time.
